I really enjoyed this project because
I didn't have to work with someone else's line art for
once, and aside from being told the specs and locations,
I had free creative reign. I was able to try a lot of
new things with this, and I was given the task of drawing everything that wasn't going to be animated.
(Basically all the backgrounds and some foreground objects.) |
As this is for Meralco, the largest electricity distributor
in the Philippines, I had to make sure everything was very
Filipino-looking. The sari-sari store (our version of local
convenience stores), was specially fun to do.
